These Terms of Use govern your use of the Calenbee iOS application ("the App"), operated by Shengnan Zhao ("we", "us").
1. The service
Calenbee extracts calendar events from photos, screenshots, and voice or text input, and adds them to your connected Google Calendar after your review and approval. Extraction is automated and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing events before approving them.
2. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) after a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3. Your account and data
You sign in with your Google account. Calendar access is used only to create, modify, or delete events you approve. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed, incorrect, or duplicated calendar events, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
