Purpose of this app
Calenbee is an iPhone application whose purpose is to help busy people — especially parents — get events onto their Google Calendar without typing them by hand. Calenbee reads event details out of photos, voice notes, and typed notes using AI, shows the extracted events to the user for review, and saves the events the user approves to their Google Calendar. Calenbee can also move or cancel existing calendar events when the user asks.
What you can do with Calenbee
- Snap a photo of a school calendar, flyer, invitation, appointment card, or a screenshot of a text or email. Calenbee reads it and extracts every event — dates, times, locations, even multi-day spans and recurring schedules.
- Speak or type a note — "Dentist next Tuesday 3pm" becomes a calendar event. Calenbee understands many languages.
- Edit by voice — say "Move soccer practice to Friday 5pm" or "Cancel the dentist appointment," and Calenbee finds that event on your calendar and makes the change.
- Review everything first — nothing is added, moved, or deleted without your explicit approval on the review screen.
How Calenbee uses Google Calendar
- Read access lists your calendars so you can choose where events are saved, and finds existing events when you ask to move or cancel one.
- Write access adds, updates, or deletes only the events you explicitly approve.
Calendar data stays between your device and Google; Calenbee's servers do not store your events. Photos and voice notes are processed transiently by AI and not kept. Full details: Privacy Policy.
